* - GOLF TEAM - HY-VEE TEAM OF THE WEEK!! Watch it on Fox 4 News on Oct.11th 10pm news- Congrats girls!!
* REGIONAL CHAMPS! - Saints take 5A Regionals for the 6th straight year. Congrats to Jordan Chael for winning 2012 individual champ. Ashley Root placed 3rd, Baile Winslow 4th, and Austin Palmer takes 10th. Here we come Emporia! State tournament Monday 10/15 - looking for 6th straight State title.
* EKL CHAMPS! - Way to go Saints - with a three round total of 989 the Saints win league by 40 shots! Three players make top ten - 1st - Baile Winslow, 2nd Jordan Chael, 8th Ashley Root. Kelsey Ryan, Sarah Jo Slaven and Emily Curran helped provide the team with the win; the first of 3 Championships the Saints are looking to take! Next up, Regionals at Sunflower Hills on 10/8 and then the 5A State Championship on 10/15!
*SME invitational was close competition on 9/24 at Meadowbrook - Congrats to Jordan Chael for finishing 1st with a 73, Baile Winslow placed 5th with a 75 - and the team (Ashley Root, Kelsey Ryan, Emily Curran, Sarah Jo Slaven) just missed winning by 4 shots.
*STA invite - The fun Ryder Cup format showcased the Saints depth and talented team today! Using 3 formats (Scramble/Alternate Shot/Fourball) the Saints combined both Varsity and Jv scores to win the Overall Champion for the 3rd year in a row! The Varsity team (Chael & Winslow, Curran & Ryan, Root & Slaven) shot an impressive -5 under total 101. The JV gave us a super start taking 2nd as a team. Pictures of the event can be viewed soon.
*MOKAN (Sion invitational) - Saints win MOKAN! - on a tough day of scoring the Saints fight thru to win the MOKAN invitational at Blue Hills - Team score 354. Jordan Chael places 2nd individually with a 79. Baile Winslow places 4th. Ashley Root, Kelsey Ryan and Sarah Jo Slaven round out the team to win MOKAN for only the 2nd time in Saints Golf history!

EKL round #2 - COLD AND RAIN! Saints miss their second win by 2 shots - Team score 333. Baile Winslow takes 4th individually with a 75.
