Hello Saints’ Fans!
Welcome to Saint Thomas Aquinas Athletics and Activities. Saint Thomas Aquinas is a member of the Kansas High School Athletic Association (KSHSAA), and participates in the Eastern Kansas League (EKL). We offer ten varsity sports for boys and nine for girls plus dance and cheerleading squads. Additionally, we are active in Field Hockey, Lacrosse, and Rugby club sports. Over 85% of our student body participates in our clubs and activities each year. Any Saint Thomas Aquinas student can start their own club. All they need is a faculty moderator and a service project in mind. Each activity, including sports, at Saint Thomas Aquinas, is a community service organization.

High School Sports (and Swimming in particular) Matters!
Saint Thomas Aquinas continuously pursues excellence on the field, in the gym, and beyond. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we can proudly say our sports programs are rich in tradition and our history of achievement in athletics is second to none! We have earned a whopping 75 State Titles in baseball, girls basketball, boys and girls cross country, boys and girls golf, boys and girls soccer, softball, girls swimming and diving, boys and girls tennis, boys and girls track and field, volleyball and wrestling. Furthermore, our students have won numerous individual state titles in track and field, golf, tennis, girls swimming, and wrestling.
Athletes, coaches and fans strive to treat opponents, officials and visiting spectators with respect and fair play. I invite you to come to one of our sports events where I hope you will walk away feeling Saint Thomas Aquinas athletic teams compete to the final bell, and win, lose, or draw represent the Catholic community with pride and humility.
