In Honor of Coach Mirocke

Coach Gennaro Mirocke taught and coached for the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas for 43 years, at St. Joseph, Aquinas and Saint Thomas Aquinas High Schools. The Mirocke Golf Classic honors his commitment to provide Catholic education to young people.

Tournament Benefit

2013 marks the 28th Anniversary for the Mirocke Golf Classic. Proceeds from the tournament, which total over $400,000 since the year 2000, benefit the Guardian Angel Fund at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School. This fund assists families who might not otherwise be able to provide or continue to provide Catholic secondary education for their family. The fund especially assists families in times of urgent need or financial distress such as job loss, death of a parent, or a significant medical situation.
