Getting in and out of the school building during school hours:
What do I do if I need to drop something off during school hours?
Saint Thomas Aquinas does have an automatic security system that will lock the building 10 minutes after school starts and opens again when school is over. If you need to visit the school during school hours, come to either the west or south entrances. There is a buzzer next to the door. Push the button and give the person your name and proceed to the Attendance Office to check in.
What do we do if my student will be late for school or has to leave early?
Contact Patty Jordan in the Attendance Office at 913.319.2415 if you are going to be late or need to leave early. If you come in late, your student must be buzzed in at the south entrance and check in at the Attendance Office. If they need to leave early, they must check out with the Attendance Office in the north or senior hall before they leave.
