New Parent Orientation for Skyward Family Access
Saint Thomas Aquinas uses a student information system called Family Access by Skyward, Inc. Family Access is a secure internet-based website that will allow you to easily keep track of nearly everything your student does while at school. Among other things, this service will allow you to view your student’s grades, schedule, progress, assignments, report cards and attendance. Family Access is provided by Saint Thomas Aquinas as a free service and will be available to all parents with children enrolled in the school who have access to a computer. We do NOT print or mail report cards each quarter. The report card will be posted to Family Access and you will be able to view and print them from home.
In order for you to begin using Family Access, you will need to attend an information session in August and sign a user acknowledgement form at the information session. You will receive these passwords at information sessions held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. before the Freshman Gift Gathering party or Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. before Back to School night begins.
**If you are unable to make it to any information sessions you may pickup your Quick user note cards and passwords in the Admissions office from Stephanie Koch beginning Wednesday, Aug 15.
