Online Enrollment Process

1. Start the enrollment process by requesting your account in Skyward.
   Request Skyward Family Access

2. You will receive an email response from Saint Thomas Aquinas with a login and password.

3. Use the login and password to complete the New Student Online Enrollment forms.

4. Complete all of the online forms and then submit to the school for approval.

5. Set up a FACTS account. Within 24-48 business hours of submitting your enrollment forms in Skyward, you will receive an approval email with a link that will direct you to FACTS (Aquinas' Online Tuition/Incidental Expenses Payment Portal).

6. Use the link to enroll in FACTS and set-up how your student's tuition will be paid.

7. After the tuition payment option has been selected and a method of payment established an email notice will generate to pay the non-refundable enrollment fee of $250 within 10 business days.

For parents of new students who already have a current student enrolled at Saint Thomas Aquinas follow the directions below.
For parents that have had a student attend but is no longer active please contact Dawn Bellau at 913-319-2408 for help accessing Skyward Family Access.

1. Login to your (Parent) Skyward Family Access account.

2. Click on New Student Online Enrollment icon. 

3. Complete the online forms and submit the application to the school for approval.

4. Within 24-48 business hours, you will receive an approval email with a link that will direct you to FACTS (Aquinas' online Tuition/Incidental Expenses Payment Portal). Use the link to add your new student and select a tuition payment plan option for the correct school term.

5. Once the FACTS information has been completed and submitted, the admissions department will bill the enrollment fee. FACTS will generate an email notice to pay the nonrefundable enrollment fee of $250 within 10 business days.

6. Enrollment is complete once the enrollment fee is paid. The Enrollment Fee should be paid within 10 business days to keep your student's enrollment active.

Current Families with students enrolled. Current Student Enrollment is only open from January to March.

2. Click on Current Student Online Enrollment icon. 

3. Review your student information and update your custom forms. Contact Dawn Bellau at 913-319-2408 to make any necessary changes to family or student information.

4. After submission, you will receive an email with a link to enroll in FACTS (Aquinas' online Tuition/Incidental Expenses Payment Portal). Use the link to enroll in FACTS and set-up how your student's tuition will be paid. Once the FACTS information has been completed and submitted, you will receive an email notice to pay the nonrefundable enrollment fee of $250 within 10 business days.  

5. The Enrollment Fee should be paid within 10 business days to keep your student's enrollment active.

All families are required to register with FACTS regardless of the payment plan selected. FACTS is a third party billing company  which allows STA to bill tuition and incidental charges all in one place. Incidental charges include things such as the non-refundable enrollment fee, student fees, and extra-curricular fees for sports and clubs. These charges cannot be billed until an account is created, a payment method established and a tuition payment plan option is selected. Tuition billing begins in April prior to the school term and tuition is due in full by March of the school term. Any scholarships earned or financial assistance granted will be deducted from your tuition billed. Enrollment to Saint Thomas Aquinas is not complete until your FACTS account is set up and a payment plan is selected. 

Set Up A FACTS ACCOUNT

Saint Thomas Aquinas also uses FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, an independent, outside provider, to collect a variety of financial information, including income, assets, and expenses, to objectively evaluate each family’s financial needs. All information submitted to FACTS and Saint Thomas Aquinas High School is kept confidential. The primary responsibility for financing a private school education rests with the student’s family.  The funds will be distributed in the most equitable way possible taking each family's circumstances into consideration. Please note, that we reserve the option to deny a family's application if they do not qualify.
