Saint Thomas Aquinas Placement Test: 

 

 Saturday, January 11, 2020, High School Placement Test

has been postponed due to pending inclement weather.

 

If you were already registered for the January test:

Arrive by 8:15 am to the Commons - the test will begin promptly at 8:30

 

The test fee of $20 is waived if the student is already enrolled in the Class of 2024

If you are not currently enrolled in the Class of 2024 please bring $20 on the test date.

TESTING FOR THE CLASS OF 2024 (Fall 2020 - Incoming Freshman)

 

We are excited to have you become a part of our Communion of Saints.  The purpose of our Placement Test is to determine if you qualify for an academic scholarship and it also serves as a measure to place you in the correct class for your freshman year.

 

Academic Scholarships will be based on your percentile scored on the test:

 

                   Freshman Scholar “Saint” Award:  98-99% - $1,500

                   Freshman Scholar “President” Award: 96-97% - $1,250

                   Freshman Scholar “Principal” Award: 94-95% - $1,000

                   Freshman Scholar “Blue and Gold” Award: 92-93% - $500

                   Freshman Scholar “Commended” Award: 90-91% - $250

 
  • Please check in to the Commons between 8:00 and 8:15
  • The test will begin at 8:30
  • Students may wear casual, comfortable clothing
  • Bring two #2 pencils 
  • NO calculator is needed
  • The test will conclude at approximately noon
  • A pizza party will follow the test
  • Students may be picked up between noon and 12:15

Students who need accommodations for the Tests:
 
Students must meet the following criteria:
1. The student must be receiving extended time at their current school
2. The student must have had formal testing and diagnosis.
A copy of all paperwork must be submitted two weeks prior to the Placement Test to
