TESTING FOR THE CLASS OF 2026 (Fall 2022 - Incoming Freshman)

We are excited to have you become a part of our Saints community.  The purpose of our Placement Test is to determine if you qualify for an academic scholarship. It also serves as a measure to place you in the correct classes for your freshman year.

A student may only take the test once; unlike the ACT that a student may take multiple times, the HSPT is the same test each time, and therefore, students may only test one time. Be sure to have your student get a good night’s sleep, eat a hearty breakfast, and do their best.

Academic Scholarships will be based on your percentile score on the test:

                   Freshman Scholar “Saint” Award:  98-99% - $1,500

                   Freshman Scholar “President” Award: 96-97% - $1,250

                   Freshman Scholar “Principal” Award: 94-95% - $1,000

Freshman Scholar “Blue and Gold” Award: 92-93% - $500

                   Freshman Scholar “Commended” Award: 90-91% - $250

  • Please check in to the Commons between 8:00 and 8:15
  • The test will begin promptly at 8:30
  • Students may wear casual, comfortable clothing.
  • Bring two #2 pencils
  • NO calculator is needed
  • Students may be picked up between 11:30 & 11:45
