High School Placement Test, Math & Foreign Language Placement Test, and Test Out Reviews

 
Class 2027 Math & Foreign Language Placement Test
 
Letters in regard to recommended placement for classes will be emailed no later than the week of April 3, 2023
 
No prior registration is needed for Math Placement Test or Spanish Placement Test.  If taking German or French Placement Test, please email Patty Jordan at [email protected] prior to the test dates below. No phone call is needed if you change your test day. Simply arrive on time for the test date and time. 

Class of 2027 Math & Foreign Language Placement Test:
  • Algebra Placement Test: Tuesday, March 21, 3:45-5:15 PM (Please bring calculator and pencil). Enter on south side of building, main entrance.  There will be signs and a greeter.
  • Algebra Placement Test:  Saturday, March 25, 8:00-9:30 AM (Please bring calculator and pencil).  Enter through doors to the Commons.  There will be signs and a greeter.
  • Foreign Language Placement Test:  Wednesday, March 22, 3:45-4:45 PM (Spanish 1, German 1, French 1), (bring pencil). Enter through doors to the Commons.  
  • Foreign Language Placement Test: Saturday, March 25, 9:40-10:40 AM (Spanish 1, German 1, French 1), (bring pencil).  Enter through doors to the Commons. 
  • Geometry Test: Tuesday, March 29, 3:45-5:15 PM (bring pencil).  Enter on south side of building, main entrance.  There will be signs and a greeter.
  • High School Placement test (HSPT) makeup: Saturday, March 25, 8:00-11:30 AM.  Sign up at stasaints.net under Admissions tab.
 
   Students may leave when finished.  
 
Placement Test times are set so that a student can complete one of the areas on Wednesday and/or both areas on Saturday. Students are given 1.5 hours to complete both Algebra 1 or 1 hour to complete Foreign Language Placement Test. (Tests will begin no later than 3:45, however; please come right after school, tests will begin once a room is full.) 
 
Review tests for Algebra, *Geometry, and Spanish are attached below.
 
*If a student is currently in Geometry, they will need to take the Geometry test in addition to the Algebra 1 placement test.
The Geometry Placement Test is March 29, 2023 at 3:45-5:15 PM.
