Thank you for your gift intent to transfer stock or securities to Saint Thomas Aquinas High School as a charitable contribution.

Please provide the following information to your brokerage firm to complete the transfer. If you would, please also alert us in advance about the stock name/type and number of shares you plan to give (contact information is provided below).

Your contribution will be acknowledged according to IRS regulations for the amount equal to the stock/securities fair market value on the transfer date. The fair market value is determined by the average between high and low share prices on the transfer-date.
