A LETTER FROM STUDENT LIFE DIRECTOR KEN FOX
 Dear Parents and Students,
For the past month and a half someone has been placing loaves of bread on my car. Yes, you read that first line correctly. Simply put, it’s mind boggling. Why me? Why bread? Is this some weird “new guy at Saint Thomas Aquinas” initiation? Should I be worried? I still don’t fully understand what is happening, but what I do know is that every time I walk to my car after a late night on campus, and I see a loaf of bread, I smile...

FAITH & SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
Thank you from Purses to Persevere KC Last week we collected 342 purses and wallets and over $2,300 for the organization Purses to Persevere KC! Thanks to the generosity and benevolence of our STA Saints community, we are now able to support over 300 women in and outside of the Kansas City area. There are student volunteer opportunities available with Purses to Persevere KC. Please reach out to Issy Earp at [email protected]. Again, an enormous thank you to our Saints community for participating in and contributing to the drive! Sincerely, Issy Earp Class of 2022
The Annual Canned Food Drive at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School is only successful because of the work and generosity of our students, parents, local businesses and the community at large. 100% of the food and money goes directly to Catholic Charities of NE Kansas. Our students "own this" tradition and faithfully pass on the responsibility year after year.

ACADEMICS
Open House We had a wonderfully successful Open House on Monday night. Our faculty, staff, coaches, and students provided great insight and information on what it is like to be a Saint at Saint Thomas Aquinas. The event was a positive experience for many and we look forward to welcoming the Class of ‘26!
