FACTSWe are finishing the billing process for tuition for the 22-23 school year. We have over 98% of our families ready to go, so please review your account and make sure it is correct.
If you did not select a payment plan by March 18, 2022 you were automatically enrolled in the same payment plan you had for the 21-22 school year. If you want to select a different payment plan please log into your FACTS account or email Gina Haskett @ [email protected] with any changes. Please note the deadline has passed to select a 12 month payment plan.
We will soon be billing student fees for the 22-23 school year. They are not due until July 31, 2022, however you are able to make payments on them until the due date. Student fees cover all necessary items for students such as book rental, required testing, parking sticker (grades 10-12) PE uniform/lock (grade 9). All students receive a yearbook so there is no additional cost for this. Graduation fee for seniors will also be billed at this time.

Project Graduation
Hard to believe but Graduation will be here before you know it and we're happy to say that Project Graduation is going to happen this year provided we have parent volunteers. For this great event to go on, we are in immediate need of volunteers to Co-chair Project Graduation for the Class of 2022!

Graduation Announcements Delivery
Friday Mar 25, 2022
Graduation announcements for the Class of 2022 will be delivered during all lunches in the Commons on Friday, March 25, 2022. Seniors will be expected to pick up their orders at that time.

Rosemary Maher Saints Walk for Life 2022The Saints Walk for Life is coming soon, Sunday, April 24,2022 starting at 1:00 PM and walking to Advice and Aid in Overland Park and ending with a Hot Dog Picnic.
Students and families are invited to walk with us in support of life. You can participate by signing up to walk, making a sponsor donation to the walk, volunteering to help with the walk/picnic or donating to the picnic. The proceeds from this Walk support pregnancy centers and support centers in our community.

Spring Break Mission Trip at Wyandotte Pregnancy Center
We had a great turn out for the Mission Trip, 25 students and 4 adults participated! We learned about the work they do, we heard stories of clients that chose life, toured and saw their counseling rooms, sonogram machine and rooms with clothes and items needed for babies and kids for the support of women and children. We then went to work, cleaning, sorting and organizing donations and the areas. We also did some yard work and cleaned up the facility so it looks inviting to those coming for help. Thank you for your support of this service.

That's right, Dustin and his wife Christia will be coming to St. James to speak on the crucial Kansas amendment "Value Them Both."
Join them for light appetizers and drinks, bring your adult friends, and learn about how we can pass this critical legislation.
*Please keep in mind that this event will be for adults 21 and older.

Mass of Remembrance
Wednesday, March 30, 2022 @ 7:00 p.m.
Chapel of the Immaculate Conception
The Mass of Remembrance honors those loved ones in our Saints community who have passed away, especially in 2019 - 2021. Please plan to arrive between 6:30 - 6:45 p.m. as attendees are invited to enter the name of their loved one in the Saints’ Book of Remembrance, light a votive, and place it on the altar before Mass begins.
