Our Policy

Sports Physicals are required for all Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) sports, cheer and dance.

Physicals must be dated on or after May 1, 2024 and are good for the entire 2024-2025 school year.

For the 2024-25 school year, we are utilizing Privit, a digital health and safety communication platform for student sport physicals.

All physicals and concussion forms must be completed and on file in Privit by the following deadlines:
Fall – August 12, 2024
Winter – November 11, 2024
Spring – February 24, 2025

Reduce time associated with printing, distributing, collecting, and storing paper forms
Easily track the completion progress for the athletic clearance process for coaches and families
Provide a secure and easy to use system for coaches, moderators, and athletic trainers to access the information they need to react quickly to health situations
Improve communication to parents, students, and staff about clearance status

What is the difference for you?

From Privit, you will download/print and complete 4 pages of the 8 page physical packet
You will scan and upload in Privit only page 4 of the physical exam. Then in Privit, you will complete the remaining physical forms online. You won't have to email images of the paper forms or bring the paper documents into the Student Life Office.
You will not be required to fill out various forms throughout the school year as we are front loading the process with everything from the physical exam to the liability waiver and more
