Attached are detailed instructions on how to access your account. You will need to set up this account with your student and will need to have access to their school issued email account to receive the verification email that is stated in Step 7 of the instructions. The verification email was sent out on Aug. 7th, there will be another verification email sent out on the 14th. The logins and passwords will need to be shared between you and your student(s). If you had a balance at the end of last school year it will reflect on your new account.
Changes you will notice from previous years are that with this platform each student will need to have access to the app to make transactions in the café. Being compliant with national security standards we will no longer be able to access your students account at the register. If your student(s) does not have access to a device, please reach out to Mario Fuentes at mfuentes@stasaints.net and we will order a “market card” for your student(s) to make transactions using their account. As always, we will be accepting cash,check and credit cards as payment. Checks may be made payable to Saint Thomas Aquinas Company Kitchen. With that being said, prior to the first day of service we encourage you to download the app on your student’s phone and give them access to the account to make transactions with a QR at the register.
