“We are ALL called to be Saints.”

We’re excited to kick off the 2025-2026 school year with a fun, faith-filled designed to help students reconnect, celebrate our community, and launch the year with energy and purpose! The day will include our first All-School Mass, friendly class competitions, and a Pep Assembly to demonstrate our Saints spirit.

Attendance
This is a required day of school. If a student is absent, parents will need to follow the normal attendance procedure by calling the attendance secretary, Karen Frederick, at 913-319-2415. 

Dress Code Guidelines
All students should come dressed for active movement and demonstrate an appropriate level of modesty throughout the day. 

    Tops (all students)

• Aquinas spirit wear (navy, gold, or white) t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.
• No tank tops or oversized shirts that don’t fit the shoulders

    Bottoms (all students)

• Athletic shorts (must be long enough to be visible)
• Joggers
• No legging
• Girls may wear tennis skirts, but they must be an appropriate length and clearly visible

    Shoes

• Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended due to movement and competitions

    Hair & Grooming

• No extreme hairstyles or unnatural hair colors

    Additional Guidelines for Boys:

• Must be clean-shaven
• No earrings or piercings
• Hair must be off the collar, with visible cheeks and eyebrows

    Additional Guidelines for Girls:

• No midriff showing
• Necklines must be modest (no cleavage)
• No facial piercings

What to Bring

• Water Bottle
• Do NOT bring backpacks, devices, or school supplies - you won’t need them for this day

Lunch

• Lunch will be provided and includes burgers, chips, and cookies. If your student prefers, they are welcome to bring their own lunch.
