Two Saint Thomas Aquinas Alumni are playing in the first-ever Women's Pro Volleyball League in North America!

The first-ever Women's Pro Volleyball league in the United States, the Pro Volleyball Federation will officially begin play in February 2024. This opportunity allows USA women to play professional volleyball at home year-round and get paid a "living wage". Salaries will be comparable to what first-year WNBA players make with the possibility of bonuses.
The League will debut with 8-10 teams and competitions will be held at pro-arenas across North America.The regular season will consist of 16 matches during the inaugural season, though that number will likely expand in future seasons.

The late, legendary Coach Mirocke would be proud to know that his grandson, Dom Mirocke, has followed in his footsteps, stepping into the coaching role at Northside High School in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Dom is the child of Coach Miroke’s eldest son, Tony, ‘75.
