How to become a Table Coordinator. Here is how to create your table with ten (10) to twelve (12) guests when registering starting September 30th!

• Let your Class Representative know you would like to be a Table Coordinator.
• Contact your friends, and when they register, they’ll select your name from the drop-down Table Coordinator List at registration. They’ll then be placed at your table. 
• You may also prepay and register for an entire table. Collecting all your guests' emails and cellphone numbers before starting registration is easiest. Or, you can provide guest information to your Class Representative after you’ve secured your table reservation.
• Partial table reservations are also available. Your table guests will register and pay for their own tickets, and we will ensure your group is seated together for an evening of fun!

Don't have a table coordinator? No problem! You do not need a table coordinator to attend. The Table Coordinator Committee enjoys pairing up parents from similar grades & interests. Just reach out to your contact if you need help.

We have table coordinator chairs from every grade to help fill the room with representation from all the classes. Contact your Table Coordinator Class Representatives with any questions. It’s only a matter of time before Extravaganza will sell out!
