Three years ago, Aquinas began a new club sport for girls, Flag Football. Last spring KSHSAA officially announced the addition of Girls Flag Football as a sanctioned sport in Kansas.
KCTV 5 captured the inaugural games held September 2, 2026 on the football field of Saint Thomas Aquinas.
Click the picture below to watch the news recording. Saints Varsity Head Coach, Samantha Paradise and players, Ainsley Cook, '28 and Reese Hedberg, '27 are interviewed prior to the games.
The Saints won both of their matches and are starting the season off on top! Way to go Saints!
