The Saints Legacy Endowment provides long-term financial stability and creates opportunities for innovation and growth. One of our primary goals for building our endowment is to create a steady source of income thereby minimizing the increase in tuition costs and making Catholic education sustainable.

Endowment Fund Types

Your investment in the Saints Legacy Endowment provides current students and future generations of Saints access to a transformative Catholic education that nurtures them academically, spiritually, socially, artistically, and athletically.

The Guardian Angel Fund assists current families during a family emergency who might not otherwise provide or continue to provide a Catholic education for their children due to loss of employment, serious illness, divorce, or a parent's death.

Gifts may be contributed to Saint Thomas Aquinas High School in memory of deceased persons, to honor living persons, or to commemorate anniversaries or other special events.

Named (Sponsored) scholarships are a means to honor a loved one or a beloved faculty/staff member or administrator by offering need-based tuition assistance or merit-based scholarships to current students.

The principal balance of each endowed Named Scholarship will be held in perpetuity and spent following guidelines set up by the donor and approved by the Saint Thomas Aquinas Board of Trustees.

Matching Gift Program

Matching gifts from corporations are a substantial and welcome way for donors to help Saint Thomas Aquinas obtain additional funds. Matching gifts, directed for the same purpose as your gift, will be counted as a contribution over and above your personal gift or pledge payment. Depending on your employer, your gift could be matched 1:1, 2:1, and sometimes 3:1.
