Fresh Eggs in the Spirit Shop!

Peyton Vena's family bought their land about 10 years ago, but did not start living on it until 2022. While they don't refer to their land as a farm, they do grow crops like pumpkins, corn, clover, flowers, and they even raise chickens. Maintaining their crops and caring for their chickens requires a lot of work. Her family has to fend off animals that try to eat their pumpkins and clover, make sure the chickens are safe in harsh weather, water and tend to the plants, and so much more! But all the hard work pays off when you have crops and fresh eggs to eat.

In the fall, when all the pumpkins are harvested, Peyton’s mom loves to deliver them to neighbors and friends. Peyton says, “Our family and friends call her the Pumpkin Fairy!" Peyton loves living on their land and especially loves her chickens. Some of her favorite chickens' names are Marywhether and Buckles. If you ever need fresh eggs, you can find some in the Saints Spirit Shop - just $6 a dozen!
