Audrey is a senior, Class of 2025. This is her first year being part of the Halo/Shield team. She plays lacrosse and is also a member of NSH. Outside of school, Audrey loves spending time with her friends and family, reading, and yoga. She is so excited to be a part of this team and can’t wait to see what this year holds!

Caffeine is very popular in our society today, especially among high school students. When students are juggling practice, homework and even work they need to find a way to stay awake and alert. This leads teens to resort to lots and lots of caffeine. It seems harmless right, but is it really?

Dear Freshmen,

Audrey here. I’m a senior on the Shield staff. As I start my senior year I've been thinking back to when I was a freshman. I remember feeling scared, nervous and worried about fitting in.  So, here's some advice for you that I wish I had heard when I was a freshman.
